How I Make Over $5000 a Month as a Stay at Home Mom

One of my most popular posts has been about how I used to make money by selling art prints at craft fairs. This post has been my top traffic producer and so I wanted to give an update to the post.

Going from $900 to over $5000

These days I am making more money than ever and enjoying setting my own schedule. In fact, my life has completely changed. I now have more time with my children. I no longer have to worry about how much money I am spending at the grocery store. I can take my children out to the donut shop on Fridays without guilt. So what has changed?

I have grown my creative business from a simple craft fair operation into an online business. I have an audience of amazing readers who buy products from me and help me stay home with my children. I have been blessed in an amazing way by my readers and customers.

My business revolves around my digital products. On one side of my business, I create educational printables, run a homeschool blog which generates revenue from ad space and sales of my educational downloads and the Digital Home School Convention. I also make money through affiliate links and underwritten posts and emails.

At the time of this post, I was also still running my prints business.  This business grew from my love of flea markets and decorating my home. I love to place beautiful vintage prints and my own inspirational scripture prints in my home. I loved to give them as gifts. That turned into a business, and that business did amazingly well. I initially started on Etsy, then moved to selling on Local Facebook Groups and group deal sites. I could scale up my income as needed. However as At Home With Holly and the Digital Homeschool Convention grew, so did the demands.
